Sea Life Charlotte-Concord Aquarium Welcomes The Amazing “Scuba Claus”
“Scuba Claus” has arrived at Sea Life Charlotte-Concord Aquarium. Visit with Scuba Claus and enter to win a $500 holiday shopping spree.
The festive characters dove into the 117,000-gallon Ocean Tank to announce the aquarium’s $500 holiday shopping spree giveaway by carrying a box with the prize to the bottom of the sea floor.

“At Sea Life, we love putting a fun twist on holiday traditions,” said Trisha Ruf, General Manager of Sea Life Charlotte-Concord. “We can’t wait for guests to see Scuba Claus and for him to spread some holiday cheer to the tropical sea creatures in our Ocean Tank.”
To enter to win the $500 VISA® gift card prize, visitors must fill out an entry form and drop it in the box located at the Ocean Tank viewing window. Until the winner is announced on Dec. 25, the $500 prize will be housed inside a clear, acrylic box submerged inside the Ocean Tank. Blacknose sharks, armed with rows of sharp, serrated teeth, will guard the box while it’s inside the tank.
Scuba Claus and his elf will greet visitors from inside the Ocean Tank on Dec. 13, 20, 23 and 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. General admission tickets can be purchased for as low as $14 online at www.visitsealife.com/
Sea Life Charlotte-Concord Aquarium is a favorite in our house. My kids are always begging to go look at the sea creatures. This is definitely an event to add to your Holiday Celebrations this month!
